They weren’t just planning to use a Stinger, they had one, we have recovered it. Speechless. I'm pretty sure that Stingers have friend-or-foe recognition software and wouldn't work on airliners, but still chilling.

Correction, the Stinger was a missile that we provided as part of the Sting.
