Besides Cap’t, when I was a Sergeant, I did it my way.... I never listened to a Captain, sir. ;>)

Sergeants should listen their Captains, if their Captains listen to their Chiefs. My assignments didn't generally give me much chance to listen to the Chiefs, but when they did, I did.
