Didn`t Barky cut off federal funding for IPS cell research?

NIH policy loosening stem cell research restrictions disappoints both sides in debate

I didn't see any thing about adult stem cell research or induced pluripotent stem cells besides banning their use in human/animal hybrids, aka chimeras.

I could swear I read an article posted hear, back when he reinstated the federal funds for embryonic research, that said he also cut funding for adult or IPS research.
