Court: Ashcroft, Mueller Cannot Be Sued for Alleged Abuse

In a 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court decides that top officials, including former Attorney General John Ashcroft and current FBI Director Robert Mueller, are immune from such a lawsuit.

Seeing a sensible decision come down in our current justice system doesn’t encourage me anymore. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. Fix the danged clock already.

The decision is unbelievable. Four justices sided with the enemies of this country. The enemy is at the gate. We are just one aging justice away from the collapse of the gate.
