On the occasion of the announced Belgrade visit of the U.S. vice president Joseph Biden, one of the most virulent Serbophobes in Washington, representatives of the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) and New Serbia (NS) today submitted to the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs a set of documents containing records of Biden’s racist anti-Serbian slurs and insults.
DSS Parliament representative Jovan Palalić told gathered reporters that submitted documents are a reminder of the things current American vice president and former senator was saying and of the vicious crusade he relentlessly lead against Serbian nation and state.
The records include Biden’s unforgettable appearance on CNN’s Larry King Live, when he said that “Serbs are illiterate degenerates, baby killers, butchers and rapists”, his assertion during Senatorial deliberations in 1999 over NATO aggression against Serbia that “all Serbs should be placed in Nazi-style concentration camps” and other equally unforgivable outbursts of hatred and malice.
While advocating a “unified Bosnia”, without the Serb Republic and dominated by Izetbegovic’s and Silajdzic’s cutthroats, amputation of the cradle of Serbian state — Kosovo and Metohija province — and then an indivisible “Kosovo state” with “inviolable borders”, at the same time Biden also promoted dismemberment of Iraq and its division into three states.
“We are convinced that Biden’s statements and policies are entirely contrary to the interests of Serbia and Serbian people,” Palalić said, adding that Biden’s bellicose hatred of Serbs “culminated in the bombardment of Serbia and was crowned by the illegal secession and declaration of independence of the fake state of Kosovo”.
“His meeting with Serbian officials will most probably be punctuated with the new pressures on our state, urging Serbia to establish ‘good neighborly relations’ with the fake state, weakening the institutions of Republic of Srpska [Bosnia-Herzegovina], as well as pushing Serbia to renege on its military neutrality and to begin the process of joining NATO pact”, Palalić said.

Member of the NS Main Committee, MP Aleksandra Janković said that New Serbia has a “reliable information [FM] Vuk Jeremić will be ‘justifiably absent’ during Biden’s visit”.
“Obviously, our Foreign Affairs Minister is often not quite pleasing to some of those who are coming to visit”, she said, suggesting that the “person playing the role of Serbia’s president should take over that ministry too, and act as a foreign affairs minister, in addition to playing a president — since he is the only one who wants to meet with Biden.”
Submission of the materials documenting Biden’s militant anti-Serb crusade, often going far beyond belligerent and searingly insulting, was also attended by the Belgrade University of Law Association Nomocanon and non-government organizations Active Center and Serbian Network.
DSS spokesman Andreja Mladenović said that delivering the set of documents serves to inform the ministry about Biden’s views and activities.
“It is important that foreign affairs ministry is informed about the person who is coming to a state visit. We have also prepared informative leaflets about Biden, which we will be giving out in the streets starting on Monday,” Mladenović said.
“In a normal situation, a visit by the U.S. vice president would represent an honor for most states. However, Biden himself is not a person who is remembered by anything good among the Serbs,” President of the Serbian Progressive Party Tomislav Nikolić told reporters gathered in the Parliament.
“I am convinced Biden is the integral part of the so-called Kosovo state, and I don’t think he is coming to Serbia with good intentions,” Nikolić said.
Biden Among Those Responsible for NATO War Crimes Against Serbia
Prominent NGO Serbian Portals (Srpski Sabor Dveri) started a campaign for the cancellation of Biden’s unwelcome and unwanted visit.
“Joseph Biden is one of the infamous American officials from Bill Clinton’s administration, who was giving the most shameful statements and who was fanning the flames of anti-Serbian hysteria in the Western media during NATO aggression against our homeland. As a man who treated our nation in a monstrous way, as a man who is among those responsible for the war crimes NATO committed against the Serbs, Biden is not welcome in Serbia.
“We demand that our state organs and officials preserve a bare minimum of national dignity and withdraw a reception of such a man. For all the Serb patriots, for all the well meaning Serbian citizens, Joseph Biden is a persona non grata!,” Dveri said.
Biden’s adoration of Kosovo Albanian thugs and terrorists perhaps even trumps his love for Croat Nazis, Ustashe. Hugs and kisses Biden exchanged with the war criminal Hashim Thaci, during a reception at the White House, February 26, 2009, Washington.
Statement published on Dveri web site stresses that, since the association has “no illusions our officials will have enough courage and resolve to commit this single dignifying act in regards to Biden”, they have planned a “series of civic actions and manifestations to show Joseph Biden he is not welcome in Serbia”.
Vladan Glišić, member of the association’s executive board announced an exhibition under the open skies in Belgrade downtown, with the images of NATO carnage in Serbia.
“If Serbian officials can’t tell Biden he is unwelcome, the Serbian public can and will,” Glišić said.
Upcoming activities and demonstrations against Biden’s visit will start on Monday, May 18. In the meantime, 15 Serbian organizations have joined the protests and signed the appeal titled “Biden is not welcome!”
Serbian National Movement 1389 has announced massive protests on Wednesday, the day Biden is expected to arrive.
Movement spokesman Miša Vacić reminded this is the right thing to do everywhere in the world “when the most despised U.S. officials are coming”.
“The main lobbyist for Kosovo amputation and a mentor of Bosnian jihadists is coming to visit the puppet regime. Serbian patriots will let him know he is unwelcome, because of the things from the past and his current views. We are calling the people to step out into the streets, to show him we have not forgotten his bloody trails, back from the Clinton era and the aggression against Serbia,” Vacić said.
Aleksandar Vulin, President of the Socialist Movement, said his party will also take part in the protests.
“Vice-president of United States is one of the most fervent Albanian lobbyists and the protector of Serbian organ traffickers. He will come to say Serbs should be placed in concentration camps, and that Kosovo must be independent. However, he must know that while he may have bought the leaders in Serbia, he did not buy Serbia and Serbs,” Vulin said.
And while the Serbs are furious over the U.S. vice president’s visit, Bosnian Muslim leaders are apparently thrilled, convinced that reiterated American backing is a key to their plans of destroying the Serb Republic in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Similarly, Albanian war criminals in Priština are beside themselves with joy over Biden’s upcoming visit, which they already declared “historical”. Given his credentials of a mouth-foaming Serb hater, Biden can most certainly count on getting a street named after him in Europe’s heroin capital Priština, perhaps somewhere in the vicinity of the Bill Clinton Boulevard, Wesley Clark Street or George Bush Avenue, and not too far away from the heart of the mafia state, American military base Camp Bondsteel.

OK, I watched the LONG video segment. He said a large number of remarkably stupid things, including historical inaccuracies and things that are no doubt highly offensive to Serbs, but nothing remotely like what the article claims he said.
Also this was not a Larry King interview, as the article states.
Biden is a world class panderer. It’s not that he’s anti-Serb, I expect, as much as he’s anxious to tell his listeners whatever he thinks they want to hear. I doubt he personally gives a rat’s ass about Serbia.
If you want people to believe the statements in the article, just post video showing that he actually said those things. Until then, I continue to doubt he did.
But where is it documented? Where is the videotape?
There is apparently either no tape or no interest in pointing us toward the tape.
This is all BS. All Larry King shows are available through CNN archive. There are no dates listed, this is not Biden’s speaking style, not his pacing.
As usual, the Balkans are trying to stir up some sheet.
I don’t like this kind of cr*p. There are very good reasons to criticize Biden without making stuff up. When stuff is made up and then discredited, it just weakens the effect of the legitimate criticisms.
The posted videos demonstrate pretty thoroughly that he’s an idiot, but they don’t show he says what is claimed here.
What I find interesting is that few people ever challenge all the garbage that has been said about the Serbs for nearly two decades now. It was rare to find any "demand" for verification and validation of the accusations being made against them. Instead, slander and libel was given a pass when it came to demonizing the Serbs.

When Obama's running mate Joe Biden stated that “all Serbs should be placed in Nazi-style concentration camps” during Senatorial deliberations in 1999 over NATO aggression on Serbia, most of the world was unaware of the source of such virulent Serb-hatred one would generally be ashamed of harboring, let alone advertising. But issuing a statement that amounts to approval of the genocide Serbian nation had already been subjected to during the WWII, by the Croat fascists -- Ustashe -- and that it should, indeed, have been entirely exterminated in the death camps of which Ustasha-run Jasenovac was the most macabre chain of slaughterhouses in Europe, could have been inspired only by the pathological Croat Ustasha ideology fueled and grown on pure, undiluted hatred of everything Serbian.
Indeed, as Croatia's Jutarnji List reports, it was the Croat Franciscan clergyman who planted the poisonous anti-Serb virus in Joseph Biden's heart and instilled unvarnished, thunderous Serbophobia in him, exemplified by Biden filing Senate resolutions, motions, holding speeches and giving interviews that are so blatantly hateful, biased and fanatically anti-Serb, one would have a hard time to match that level of vitriol against a nation in the statements of any and all the other American politicians.
As a good Roman Catholic, Senator Biden apparently chose to filter out some of the less popular bits about the shameful role Vatican has played during the Second World War and the Holocaust. He also seems to be blissfully unaware of the fact that Croat Franciscans were among the most rabid butchers who simply adored their ally -- Third Reich, both the German and Croat fuhrers (Ante Pavelic was a Croat fuhrer -- "poglavnik" -- during the WWII) and have actively helped Hitler-adoring satellite, Independent Republic of Croatia (NDH, spanning both present-day Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina) to commit one of the most horrific genocides in the European history, tearing -- eye-by-eye and limb-by-limb -- 750,000 Serbs, 60,000 Jews and 30,000 Gypsies in the Jasenovac concentration camp-complex alone.
So, when a Croat Franciscan clergyman Ilija Zivkovic spoke to Biden against the Serbs, Senator Biden listened and, as evident in the past two decades of his career, took all the pathological hatred for a factual source of information against the Serbian nation. What his Croat ultra-nationalist, Ustasha descendant advisers taught him about the Serbian nation was most evident on CNN's Larry King Live where Senator Biden, stricken by one of those Hitler seizures, proclaimed that "Serbs are illiterate degenerates, baby killers, butchers and rapists”.
Croat ultra-nationalist Franciscan clergyman Ilija Zivkovic claims it was his hatred of the Serbs that had a decisive influence on U.S. Senator Biden's two-decade long rabid anti-Serb crusade.

"He knew about Croatia and the Croat problems already at the time of Yugoslavia, when he was in contact with the president of the Croat Brotherhood Community Bernard Luketic and with the president of the Croat National Council Mate Mestrovic. But I think what influenced him most was the speech I held in Little Rock before just-elected president Bill Clinton, who invited the American minorities for conversation," Fr Ilija Zivkovic boasted to Croat Jutarnji List. Regarding the Croat ultra-nationalist organizations he's mentioning as Biden's decades-old ties and "friendly" sources of information, see this valuable study of the evolution of the Pavelic's notorious Ustasha "brotherhood".
"[At that gathering organized by Clinton] We agreed that Luketic speaks about the situation in Croatia, and since I am from Bosnia and Herzegovina, I spoke about the situation in Bosnia. In 45 minutes I explained why the bridges in Belgrade, Serbia, must be bombarded, how to stop Serb forces in BiH... I think that made a strong impression upon Biden", Zivkovic said, proudly adding he met a number of congressmen and senators during his work in United States.
"It was all clear to them, because we have engaged one former congressman back in 1987 to lobby for Croatia [for Croatia's independence, that is, long before Milosevic showed up anywhere, long before the wars that were used to rip Jugoslavia apart in the 1990s]", Zivkovic said.
According to the Croat daily, this Franciscan worked at Voice of America in U.S. -- a major propaganda tool, but he claims there were disagreements between Croats and Serbs already in 1985, because "the Serbian editors would cut out everything that was Croatian". Imagine that! Could that be because in 1985 there was only one state to be loyal to, called Yugoslavia -- there was no Croat state (after the defeat of the fascists and dismantlement of the monstrous Ustasha-run NDH), and the tender Ustasha nostalgia and Croat fanatical nationalism was not tolerated by any nations Yugoslavia was comprised of?
But Ustashe always felt their right to hatred and fascism tramples all the laws and everyone else's rights to peace and freedom from the terror of their psychopathology.
"We had no one to complain to, so I turned to the Foreign Policy Board of the Senate. Yes, I complained directly to Biden", Zivkovic said, adding that "Biden trusted him because he was also a Roman Catholic"...
"We have been meeting many times since and he often asked for my opinion. We simply became close", Zivkovic said.
Biden & McCain are Exactly the Same, Two Warmongers Who Never Found a War They Didn't Like
Another Croat ultra nationalist, Ivo Banac, saluted Obama's appointment of no other than the Serbophobic Biden as his running mate, stressing that Biden held "strong anti-Milosevic views which tie him to the Republican presidential candidate John McCain".
"In May 1999, Biden and McCain submitted a resolution [to the Senate], proposing the use of ground forces against Milosevic", Banac said.
This joint resolution proposal submitted by Biden and McCain not in May, but in April of that year, was blank authorization to the Clinton administration to use all the force at America's disposal to crush tiny Serbia. With regret, Croat Banac noted this fascist resolution was not adopted. Banac also confirms Biden is heavily biased against the Serbs and militantly pro-Croat, claiming he was "against Milosevic from the very start" (i.e. during Yugoslavia, before any of the separatist wars).
Banac also claims Biden is equally anti-Russian:
"He is against Russia returning to the positions contrary to the Western ones. In regards to Georgia, he realized this was not a marginal issue, but an attempt of testing the resolve of the Western policy", Banac eulogized. It didn't seem to occur to him to question Biden's hypocrisy and duplicity: the same man who was among the most aggressive advocates of dismembering Serbia, who actively promoted and demanded the imposed severing of its southern Kosovo-Metohija province and gifting it to illegal Albanian immigrants and terrorists, is now very concerned over Georgia's "territorial integrity".
Banac explained the excessive praise and courtesy exchanged between the apparent opponents, Mad McCain and Biden: simply put, they are exactly the same Serbophobic warmongers. Not only are they both among the most prominent, most fanatical Serb-haters in Washington, with strong ties to both the Croat and Albanian ultra-nationalist lobbies, not only are they both unscrupulous, belligerent interventionists who behave as if bullying is the most sophisticated expression of political wisdom, but neither of them has ever found a war they didn't like. As one political analyst said in Aaron Russo's exceptional documentary America, From Freedom to Fascism, the easiest way to understand the entire Democrats-versus-Republicans fake drama is to realize "they are one and the same mafia, the only difference is that the Democrats are the Gambino family and the Republicans are the Genoveses".

Frankly, when I read the unbiased history of the region and it’s people in conflict, I think they are all wrong, all crazy, all guilty of genocide and none fit for self government.
I tend to agree. Each side remembers only the crimes committed against it and forgets those it committed. This is of course very much human nature, but is not particularly attractive to those looking on from the outside.
Well, that's easy for you to say.
