The problem is that the RINOS think they are in charge. The concubines never thought that, they were just used to being silly women who were pampered - you know like McCain, Graham and the rest of the RINOs that think they have the moral high ground. SZ was genius and should be required reading for all who wish to succeed in life. Not only the Art of War but his actually conquests where he outsmarted and beat the stronger armies of Chu. I believe Petreaus is a follower of SZ. The surge was based upon SZ’s principles.
Typically an army is led by one man who gives orders to his officers. The Republican party does not have any such general giving orders. The officers are allowed to do what they want....mostly in opposite directions.
Bush was not the general the party needed. Reagan was.
Conservatives must work hard to throw out those who betray the cause (McCain, etc as outlined by many here). Once we have established that Republican voters will not tolerate moderation, a general will appear to take charge.
If all we do is complain and change nothing, we will end up with another poor general incapable of leading.
As long as they have access to large campaign contributions from interests hostile to the People, they will continue their truculence.
Voters are going to have to smarten up and toughen up and throw out the incumbent RiNO's, regardless of media favor and large fluxes of enabling moneys.
The problem is that states like Maine are basically off the political map, so their voters will continue to vote for these camouflaged, "sandbag Democrats".
