Although Catholics like Alan Keyes, Randall Terry, Fr. Norm Weslin, and many others rightfully took the lead in this protest, many Protestants stood right behind them. The spirit of love and cooperation between everybody on the ground in South Bend has been remarkable. These are the sort of events, steeped as they are in constant prayer, that produce revival in a nation." 1,078 posted on Sunday, May 17, 2009 5:42:22 PM by EternalVigilance
It was actually very moving to read the Baptist pastor's account of witnessing for the pro-life cause at Notre Dame. That the Obama controversy brought Catholics, Baptists, and other Protestants together in common cause to defend the sanctity of life is something that should grow from here. It doesn't have to end here.
From Friday...Fr. Norm is flanked and supported by two great Baptist pastors.
Sometimes pictures truly are worth far more than a thousand words!
