Several years back Hannity’s show was taped in (I think the Ford auditorium in Michigan) I am not a fan but my daughter is, we went to the taping...That was fun, Ollie North was the guest, but I still cannot stand watching his show on TV. My daughter got his autograph on her book..Watching how the show is put together was quite informative...

Ron Paul mystified me. I went to one of his meetings to see what the guy was about ... some conservatives I know and respect were supporting the guy. But the place was packed with skinheads, White Supremecy nuts, neo-Nazis and the like. Plus a few genuine conservatives. I decided there was more than meets the eye with the guy and got out of Dodge.

If nothing else, anyone mentioning DITHF knows some history. At the time the longest thread on FR? I think it was the first one to be broken into parts because so many FReepers were using 14K modems and 200K+ bites took a long time to load. That thing lasted what 18 months? 2 years? I remember months going by and all of a sudden the thread would be revived. Finally someone pieced together a chronology of resurrections and put two and two together.
