IMHO this is all lining up perfectly to fulfill the highly prophectic verse Daniel 9;27 that indicates the antichrist will confirm (afirm / make certain) an (existing) peace agreement (i.e. the Arab plan) with and between Israel and the “many” (i.e. 57 muslim nations, EU, UN, Quartet, etc) for seven years....
The Messiah is taking Rahm’s advice: that Israel must must agree with the PALS before the US will help BIBI out with the Iranian thug. It is pure blackmail and I pray BIBI rejects it out of hand.
