There already is a two-state solution.
Palestine was divided into two parts, a sliver for the jewish palestinians and the remainder for the arab palestinians. Jewish palestine was renamed “Israel” and arab palestine was renamed “Jordan”.
That is the two state solution. The exact borders between the two is something to be worked out between the two of them. No one else has any standing in the discussion.
