No, she won’t attempt a defunding of the CIA, not even she is that stupid, but hey, war is war, so they say. Here is an alternative to what you have put forth: She attempts a defund of the CIA and instead of the CIA being brought back into ‘line’, her actions to defund only add further flames to the fire and the ‘leaks’ continue unabated, something for which Leon Penetta canNOT control.

She will be unemployed and unemployable before the opportunity arrives for her to do so. I would suspect that there is a good proportion of CIA personnel that actually have scruples.

I'd strongly agree with that statement.

It seems to me that Pelosi even hinting at attempting to defund them in order to cover her butt might result in a massive escalation of any conflict with the CIA.

So it seems (seeeeeems...) that that would be a nail in her political coffin.

That will never happen because there are likely those in the CIA who will never let any defunding effort get that far. It takes time for Congress to act and for the President to sign their bills. If this even starts to head in that direction, I strongly suspect that there are those in the CIA who can act much faster than that.
