It should read: “Andrew Cohen is CBS News’ Chief LIBERAL Legal Analyst and LIBERAL Legal Editor”. This item (read the whole thing) could just as easily have been written by a spokesperson for the ACLU.

This item (read the whole thing) could just as easily have been written by a spokesperson for the ACLU. Sorry to say he got his start as a lawyer in Denver offering commentary on the Oklahoma City bombing trial. As you can tell, he's been completely captured by the left wing media.
It's interesting, though, that a card carrying member of the lefty media is ready to throw Nan under the bus.
