Not if we have the proper dialogue between nations! Right on, as we did with Japan in '41, then Germany; then Germany's "dialogue" with Russia; China with Japan ad infinitum.
The image of Chamberlain holding his worthless piece of paper fluttering in the breeze is enough to make one puke, and good conservatives knew it at the time.
