It is satisfying that Spector has been removed as an obstacle to the opportunity to elect a conservative senator, especially since Spector humiliated himself in the process and made it unnecessary for the Republicans to coddle him for the next year and a half. On another level, however, Spector’s bumbling has added to my fears that America is being run by men who can’t think two steps ahead.
Just send an empty box, he doesn’t deserve the treat.
