“Suggesting that our troops would attack the leaders of the very democracy they’ve sworn to sacrifice their lives for...”

Uh, no. To start with, to my knowledge, no person in our armed forces has sworn to sacrifice their life for anything.

And certainly not to defend “The leaders of our democracy”, that insipid group of mouth-breathing, sidewindin’, bushwackin’, hornswagglin’, cracker croakers that currently despoil our government.

This is not to say that the vast majority of the personnel in our armed forces would do anything more harmful to Pelosi and Reid in an elevator than produce a copious amount of noxious greenhouse gases from their intestines before wishing “You two [expletive] Copperhead traitors” a nice day.

And certainly not to defend "The leaders of our democracy",

Precisely. They were sworn to defend the Constitution, which is not the same as defending our "leaders", even if these "leaders" were the most honorable people around.
