Feherty is one of the best and by far the funniest announcer in all of golf. Listening to him on a golf broadcast is hysterical. He has also written some very funny books including “Somewhere in Ireland, a village is missing its idiot” which is hysterical.

Thanks. I don't think I ever heard of this guy before reading this story. It's plainly obvious that he was simply telling a joke, which I thought was pretty funny. However, it's even funnier that some on this thread took offense and were busying themselves with moral posturing.
