But we have people right here at FR who insist that it's reducing the size of government, and that it's purely a coincidence that A) liberals support the sexual revolution and B) liberals support big government and C) government has gotten bigger since the sexual revolution.

Of course, these same people tell us the homosexual agenda is also a reduction in the size of government.
