But the apology was not enough for some people in the area. Linda Garcia-Rose, a social worker who counsels post-traumatic stress disorder patients in an office three blocks from where the World Trade Center stood, told CNN that she is considering a class-action lawsuit against the government for the unannounced flight.

Do you think for a second that something like that will happen again? I think we would both agree that they got their wrist slapped pretty badly. How would a lawsuit result in redress beyond that which has already happened? If it isn’t than what is the purpose other than to give the plaintiffs a feeling of retribution or revenge?
I can appreciate how some people could have been traumatized by this. I don’t understand why their reaction is to suit the government. I empathize with their feelings, but people respond to PTSD every day without turning to the courts. And that is something I DO know about.
I am not defending the administration. It was a bonehead move on their part. I cannot imagine how they made such a bad decision, and unfortunately I am sure we will see worse decisions, affecting many more people—in more detrimental ways.
I would accept the role as overseer, but I am really busy this weekend.
Odinga needs to admit that HE F'ed up and if it takes a lawsuit so be it. The muslim idiot needs the black eye.
