Because of damages caused by post traumatic stress, I guess.
On Tuesday, Obama told reporters, ?It was a mistake. It was something we found out about along with all of you. And it will not happen again.?
Caldera quickly apologized for the operation.
?Last week, I approved a mission over New York. I take responsibility for that decision,? Caldera said to CNN. ?While federal authorities took the proper steps to notify state and local authorities in New York and New Jersey, it?s clear that the mission created confusion and disruption.?
But the apology was not enough for some people in the area. Linda Garcia-Rose, a social worker who counsels post-traumatic stress disorder patients in an office three blocks from where the World Trade Center stood, told CNN that she is considering a class-action lawsuit against the government for the unannounced flight.

Enough of these kinds of frivilous law suits already! Isn’t stupid litigation of this kind one of the things we conservatives want to stop?

We need Senate Hearing for the next 24 months. We must know who knew what, when. Grill everyone involved and put them on the stand and ask them tough questions about what they do in private. Time for a Special Prosecutor I say.

But-t-t this isn't friviolous..this lawsuit has merit, what kind of sicko would torture New Yorkers with a low flying airplane over buildings with fighter planes in pursuit..think about.. I mean Obama didn't think about the havoc he caused, and unnecessary pain he caused.

No, it will not happen again because they will be too preoccupied with all the other once and future SNAFU's they create. History repeats itself, first time as tragedy, second time as farce.
Kennedy/Johnson Administration meet ObamaNation Administration.

Not exactly priceless , it cost at least $328,835 tax dollars to panic New Yorkers, I just hope the lawsuit does not include the taxpayer.
