And that, my friends, is exactly why this imbecile should not be taken seriously.

In reality, if that prebate number is valid (I doubt it) then an adult earning and spending a bit under $700 a month will fail to pay back their prebate.

In reality a family of four earning $30K a year is well under that payback level.
