Let’s try again. Explain how the law:

“The FairTax is a law that is imposed on retail purchases ONCE SPENDING IS ABOVE THE POVERTY LINE.”

redistributes wealth in light of the fact that it is the exact same for every American?

The prebate is the wealth redistribution component.

For anyone who gets more than they pay, they are having wealth redistributed to them.

That's it.

If you can't understand that simple concept then you're even dumber than I thought. . . which would be a challenge.
