Remember, once a state leaves the union, United States Federal law no longer applies. They'll have to send in the military to suppress the secession and that will trigger some need for defense of the new nation. It will all be very complicated if the USA decides to send in the troops. Expect the UN to be a hoppin and Russia, China and many other states to support the secession because they want to break up the USA. Should be interesting. It would be much easier if the Democrats would just get out of Washington and let the people have their federal government back!!!

At this point, I don’t see any blue helmets outside. I posted an article about two Utah legislators who are considering what Montana has enacted. The democrat, IMO, even had a reasoned statement... let’s see what happens she said.

It won't be the military (though they would if needed). The real test will be when the ATF/FBI or pick the alphabet soup agency comes in to arrest someone in Montana for violating the federal gun laws.
Would the Montana state government arrest the federal agents at the risk of an armed shoot out? Doubt it.
This won't stand guys. If you are in Montana don't fall for this and end up spending a lot time in a Federal pen being a martyr.
