The link you posted to Msgr Reillys website shows a man who certainly does work pleasing unto the Lord but standing outside and praying for the babies being murdered inside does little to stop the murder. His own site gives the example of how praying outside clinics is like praying outside the room of a dying man in intensive care. That's true in the sense of the comfort it may give to the soul who is passing but the analogy ends there. People dying in ICU have already had everything done within our power to save their lives. If we are unwilling to go beyond prayer to stop abortion then the Lord is not going to do the rest for us. The Lord does for us what we cannot do. You are not portraying it accurately. Msgr. Reilly is the most effective response out there. When they started using it in Vienna, it became the first city in that region where the number of live births outnumbered abortions.
