The first step should be to argue it as a state rights issue.

What I’m taking from the Montana and Texas initiatives is that it appears there is finally push back to the Fed’s attempts to usurp all state rights.

It will be interesting to see just how far the Marxist Onada’s crowd will go to cram socialism down our throats. But, to be fair and honest, Republican administrations have stood by and done nothing while The US Supreme Court whittled away at state and individual rights. I’m talking in particular about the Warren years up to the appointments of Alito and Roberts.

Exactly. Republicans are almost as bad at infringing on proper state issues as long as it’s on social issues. See Raich.
