Ok I was able to navagaite to the You Tube site and "flag it". Lets see what happens.
Yes, CodeJocky, you have to go to the individual video to find the flags.
At the user main site itself there is nothing you can flag except at the very bottom there is a place to notify YT when someone has an objectionable background.
