We need to support Duncan Hunter in 2012, IMO. I am putting my money of General Petraeus. He is an expert on asymmetric warfare. He has met Obama nose-to-nose and taken his measure. Petraeus has met the enemy and knows how defeat this effete uprising.

Isn’t Petraeus still busy in Iraq? Obama could see to his unavailability rather easily.

Good luck on that! Doubt that the General would want the job though.
It would be quite refreshing to have someone who’s got military experience and knows how to let our miltary do their job and provide them with the right tools to get it done.
Those who think our soldiers should be used as a food delivery service or a gay pride experiment need not apply.

Yes to General Petraeus! I don't think people are looking forward enough to the next pres. election--if HolyO keeps going the way he is going, the country is going to be in a shambles and we might not even be able to HAVE an election, if HolyO has to declare martial law for control!! A military person could help get America back on the right track--
Also, whatever happened to Stormin' Norman? It would be great if he could be talked out of retirement...and Dick Cheney too!!
Washington didn't want to serve as our first president, but he did because our country needed him...today America needs strong leaders again, and these 3 men have well proven themselves in hard times!!
