Unlike Romney's "National Council for a New America," Free Republic is a conservative site!
Refer to Romney's Council for a New American Socialist State formed in HIS Image ^

I agree with you that our language has coarsened over the years, and that is not acceptable. However, what we are talking about here is important, and what is being said may transcend our usual discretion.

Good Lord, youre dense. Yep, this is getting to be a lot like having a "debate" with a three year old on why they can't play with matches.

Nice...
I guess once the left instills anti freedom of speech laws on the “right wing” (us, well most of us), you'll be saying the same thing...
Still did not explain supporting the one who created the very thing you "oppose"...

NO you haven’t proven anything except to say a bunch of people got together, exchanged phone numbers, gave out literature. A feel good social event. Success takes time, you can’t say they were successful because right now nothing has come out of it except a bunch of people feeling good, no change has taken place. Talk about dense.

the whole straw man argument that anyone who dislikes Myth Romney is a Huckabee supporter also is a common tactic of the shills and its a pretty vapid one,
_____________________________________________
Yes, we were told we had “gone over to the dark side” if we were not going to vote for Romney...
The “dark side” was sometimes refered to as “planning to vote for Huckabee”
Regardless of how many times I said I was going to vote for or had voted for Duncan Hunter, those ijits kept up their garbage...
Regardless of the fact I went to another state to help Duncan hunter, I was told I was a Huckabee supporter..
Regardless of the fact I called them all RINO Quintuplets in the threads...Romney, huckabee, McCain, Paul, Gulianni...
I have seeen a couple of those MIttWits or their buddies kissing up to Jim on these new threads threads...
Hopefully they will be properly outed...

And what EXACTLY do YOU propose we do? Should we just cross our fingers and hope that Romney and the other RINOs don't completely screw us?
All you've done on this thread is ask the same question over and over and then whined that we haven't accomplished anything. Why don't you step up to the plate and tell us what you think should be done? Or are you satisfied with the current state of affairs?

I disagree. This was not a social event, and to try to diminish it as such is a mistake.
I'm not sure what you want of them and us at this point. We may be in the infancy of a very important change in the way that the Right behaves, or has behaved for a very long time. We should not be so impatient that we destroy our hope of coming together to bring conservative candidates back to the forefront.
