I sympathize with your feelings. However, that in no way changes my observation that if the Democrats push through amnesty, the Republicans will need to field a candidate that is in some respect attractive to Hispanics. Hopefully, some real conservative will be able to do so. But even better, I hope we will be able to block amnesty.

This “honeymoon” should have been over already: Dems, particularly those remaining in the South, might just (prayerfully) start getting cold feet about “Guest Worker Shamnesty”.

GWB = pro amnesty, "see y'all at the signing!"
JEB = pro amnesty, said that the tone of the debate had been "hurtful" to him and his Mexican-born wife, Columba.
There you have the problem. Jeb Bush takes the issue personally, when he should be thinking less about his wife, and more about what is in the higher interest of this Republic.
