Bush #1 appointee Souter usually votes liberal so the court will not change that much with new Obama appointee replacing him.
The nominee will be as young as reasonably possible, bought off before we even know who he/she is, confirmed by the Demo Senate and possibly serve until my kids are 50.
So not good at all.
