I feel your pain jveritas - but the release is not impeachable - it is, by law, his decision to make. True, maybe. But it's still giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States. That is treason, as defined by Article III Section 3 of the Constitution. Per Article II Section 4, that is an impeachable offense.
