Unfortunately the Federal Government would assign it protected status as wetlands. This happened to a plot of land cut off from its natural drainage by a new road. The water pooled up, willows and tall grass grew and became protected lands.

Do you remember the congressman who said of the EPA “if a dog pi$$es in a field they claim its wet lands”.
I can not remember his name, I think he is in jail.

Its only going to get worse with King Barry at the helm.

It would only be considered wetlands if your dog or cat pi$$ed on it.......:O)
