Saw that on ATS.
Further, hospitals are starting to construct in front of them, "emergency fever patient recipient and quarantine" areas (tents, etc.) ("hatsu netsu gai rai") (発熱外来). Those with fevers can come to hospitals, but wont be allowed inside and will be checked outside and kept out there if found to be a risk.
Are US hospitals doing this yet?
