Troubled: sobered by the fact that change in Washington comes slowly. Bickering & posturing still happens even in the middle of big crisis.

Apparently he should have noticed more the struggles of President Bush?

Enchanted: uh.....I will tell you, uh......when I meet our service men and women, enchanted is probably not the word I would used (laughs), I am really, really impressed....sacrifices they make, they are fiercely loyal....
