I went looking for that image (your didn't show up immediately for me), anyway, seems that some think that imae pertains to 9/11 while others think it pertains to flight 990 that crashed into the waters off NY. I think its the later, BUT, that begs the question of why would an islamic calendar show an image of an 'ordinary' crash?? Anyway, how about this one instead?
