It’s hard to believe that they’d cut Oldsmobile and Pontiac, but keep BUICK! LOL. Guess they know what they are doing, though.

Of course they know what they’re doing!

They’re taking billions of government money, shutting divisions and laying off tens of thousands with bankruptcy still looming!

That’s a sign of a highly successful business and true competence!

Well in 2007, Buick tied Lexus in the 3-year reliability ratings by JD Power.

In 2008, Buick and Jag tied for the top spot.

Buick is a huge brand in China, very profitable for GM. That might be part of the reason, also the Enclave is supposed to be doing well.

Buick is the number one brand in all of china. Kill buick in the US and bye bye china where gm actually makes about 400 million US dollars a year.

In the US, Pontiac outsells buick. Buick did outsell Olds at the time of its death though.
