Some poor U.S. tourist who mistakenly drank the water or ate some fruit will be stuck in Mexico.
Meanwhile, the illegals will be entering at sites that aren’t checked.
Great solution.
There are so many rules in this country today that, because of the way they are enforced, accomplish nothing but the inconvenience of the good and law-abiding. It’s terrible.
