At a WalMart in my area, I went to the pharmacy to get a list of the drugs they advertise for 5 and $10 for a months supply.

There were a stack of them on the counter. In Spanish.

I asked the Mexican lady behind the counter if they had a copy in English.

She rummaged around somewhat and found one for me.

She looked at me like I was a foreigner
