The CDC says two flu drugs, Tamiflu and Relenza, seem effective against the new strain.

Can't have them until national health care is accepted and passed however.

Isn’t tamiflu over the counter?

If so, may be a good time to stock up a bit...

“Can’t have them until national health care is accepted and passed however.”

Well, this will be a golden opportunity for regular schmoe’s to see who government values, and the excuses they use to point out why the regular schmoe’s can fend for themselves, and others must be taken care of.

Government workers, of all stripes will probably get it. Who doesn’t get it, will be the interesting observation.

Once certain people discover that their government doesn’t have enough medicine FOR THEM, it will have interesting repercussions, political and otherwise.
