Fifty-one percent (51%) of Republican voters statewide say they’d vote for Toomey while just 30% would support Specter.

Unfortunately, Republican voters DO NOT elect candidates in the REpublican primaries.

With all the dim spies and crossovers and other shenanigans we wind up with some amalgam of a dim...i.e. a S P E C T R E or a McCain.

Is Pennsy one of those states???

Not going to happen this time. Dems are going to get behind a psuedo-fiscal conservative Dem to beat Toomey. Dems have nothing to gain by backing Specter, who still votes with Republicans 60% of the time.
