BEIJING, April 24 (UPI) -- North Korea has nuclear weapons and the ability to deliver them, says International Atomic Energy Agency chief Mohamed ElBaradei.
Speaking in Beijing, Elbaradei told reporters, "North Korea has nuclear weapons, which is a matter of fact. I don't like to accept any country as a nuclear weapon state but we have to face reality," The Times of London reported Friday.
ElBaradei said the addition of North Korea as a "fully fledged nuclear power" makes nine countries in the world that have the capability of launching a nuclear missile. They include the United States, Russia, Britain, France, China, India, Pakistan and Israel.

Wasn’t this proven about 3 or 4 years ago when they did an underground detination? The supposed fizzle that didn’t go off as powerfully as they intended, however got the world’s attention?

At least Bush and Obama will make sure Iran doesn't get the bomb. In fact, we are negotiating now to make that happen. Obama and Hillary say we will use both carrots and sticks to shut down Iran's nuclear program. I am sure that will work--not.

Mohamed ElBaradei is a worthless bastard. Said for years that Iran didn’t have anything either. Give me a friggin’ break. The Iranians were standing in the North Korean control room when the delivery system in the form of a NK missile went up while President Whats-his-face was saying that we were going to de-nuclearize first.

To be honest, the launch pad, the monitoring station, and everything to the power plant providing electricity should have been rubble and scrap metal!
Actually I’m beginning to wonder if it’s maybe to HELP these countries establish nuclear power and weapons... Lord knows that they aren’t helping much.
This is satire, right? Where is the part where ElBaradei says that Iran is 15 years away from any nuclear weapons and Pakistan may be developing them?
