If you read her story it's not that cut and dried . The last qoute from the officer was

I grew up in a town with a racist reputation, and I've heard most of the justifications. Not only was this idiot dropping the n-word, he was doing it AT WORK. And in front of a reporter. Dumb. But I'm glad another racist exposed himself.
