According to this article, donations are capped at $150. She’s counting on the ordinary folks.
Great news, this will cause the liberals’ head to explode. They were hoping to derail Palin with this crap, but again haven’t counted on the thousands of folks who support her. I predict she’ll have the money by June.
That's probably a mistake, but I understand why she wants it that way.
