We unfortunately only have 41 votes in the senate. And I think Snowe and Collins will go right along with Leahy. So we don’t have any say in the matter. If we did matter to the gop Obama’s stimulus crap would have been filibustered. So maybe in 2010 things will change a bit. But I’m not too confident about that either. 53% of the nation have proved themselves to be idiots, hopefully they’ll wise up.
The Democrats are self-destructing. They won’t be the majority for long.
