I ate at a Culvers in South Dakota and swore never again. I had the poorest excuse for a taco salad you could create. Did eat there once much later, with the group I was with..Wasn’t all that great IMHO and I would not go back on my own.

I have never seen a Taco Salad on the menu. The one I worked at always had long lines which lead out the door and people standing and waiting for a place to sit.

I had never heard of Culver’s prior to October, 2008, so I am not sure what it was like prior to that as they are fairly new in Arizona.
