Mayor Richard M. Daley of Chicago, Illinois, has declared Thursday as "Talk Like Shakespeare Day" to celebrate the 445th birthday of the man many consider the greatest playwright in the English language.

That twit can barely speak American English. His 'Daleyisms' are legendary. He makes Dubya look like Sir Laurence Olivier doing Hamlet!

Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio, a fellow of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy. He hath bore me on his back a thousand times, and now how abhorr'd in my imagination it is! My gorge rises at it.
"Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him 'well'" is NOT a line in Hamlet.

Daley should proclaim a “wear your kevlar to school” day.
