That Google cache is from a week ago though:

"It is a snapshot of the page as it appeared on Apr 11, 2009 11:26:57 GMT. The current page could have changed in the meantime. Learn more"

b.t.w. regarding being too old for the way back machine, looks like 1 year elapsed time would be enough for them to have it available in an archive. from their site:

"Material typically becomes available here 6 months after collection (See FAQ)"

From the 'FAQ'

"Why are there no recent archives in the Wayback Machine?

It generally takes 6 months or more for pages to appear in the Wayback Machine after they are collected, because of delays in transferring material to long-term storage and indexing.

There is no access to files before they appear in the Wayback Machine."

Again, not definitive for sure. But interesting non the less.
