Schmidt will use a speech Friday to Log Cabin Republicans, a gay rights group, to urge conservative Republicans to drop their opposition to same-sex marriage, CNN has learned.

Forget it, Kojak. You and Meghan go get a room somewhere.

Water is wet

Men are men

Women are women

How absurd can this get?

Marriage (barf) between two homosexuals a God Given Right? And just where is this God Given Right to be found??? I’ve read the Bible, and according to the Word of God, homosexuality is a sin, and the wages of sin are death.

You know, the thing I don't get about these "Republicans" saying the GOP has to go for pretended marriages so they can win again is this:

Every state that has voted on this has defeated it. EVEN CALIFORNIA.

It is a proven losing issue, and that's been shown over and over and over again.

Why, after you get your ass kicked, should you go looking for losing issues to identify with?

The definition of marriage as between a man and a woman has existed for thousands of years - THOUSANDS!! It is astonishing that people are seriously considering changing to to include a variety of unthinkable perversions which they also want to indoctrinate in the school systems. Obama and his ilk are disgusting - but to have a Republican propose this garbage is truly shocking.

Schmidt is a fruit loop and one of the main reasons McCain lost.

I'm glad McCain is against gay marriage, but when will he tell his daughter to shut up?

With “Republicans” like these, who needs Democrats? Mr. Schmidt, the God I know defined marriage as such:

“4 He answered, “Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female, 5 and said, ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? 6 So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.”
Matthew 19:4-6.

I’m positive if Jesus truly wanted marriage redefined from a definitively co-ed institution to a gender-neutral institution, then He would have done so right then and there and settled the issue for all time. After all, he physically rose from the dead so redefining marriage would’ve been a piece of cake for Him relatively speaking. Yet, He never did redefine marriage.

Also, God could’ve made it possible for 2 men to reproduce a child together but He didn’t. If that were possible, then why would He have made women physically different from men? If men could have married men and had children with men back in Bible times, the status of women would’ve been(and probably would’ve stayed) far lower than it already was.

Not only was McLoser a Manchurian Candidate, he had a Manchurian Campaign Director.

Small wonder The GOP lost.

It is amazing this clown can say all this with a straight face.

The lies and outrages from the Left are coming daily. Now they are occurring form the GOP as well.

I am beginning to believe that all this is not by accident, but by design.

We conservatives are the only impediment to “true progress” by the enlightened masters, and they mean to take us out, one way or another.

Steve Schmidt in other times would have been shamed into obscurity.

But he will be hailed as a leader, a visionary. By other Republicans.

He is playing a wedge role, to divide and conquer, similar to how Meghan McCain is being used(although she is too stupid to realize it).

McStupid had a fifth column in his campaign and this guy was the head of it, in my opin ion. Now, it is becoming more clear why Sarah Palin was sabotaged and by whom.

Our worst instincts about McLooney and crew are being proven true day by day.

It is becoming clear that the resolution of all of this upheaval being generated by the elites in DC will not end peacefully.

It is not what we desire, but it is what they desire. They mean to clean our clock once and for all.

Ranting? Crazy talk?

Just think of what has occurred in the last 90 days, and you tell me we normal Americans are not now the enemy to the ruling elites in BOTH parties.

We will NOT drop our opposition to same-sex marriage! It a proven fact that most gay “marriages” do not last and they end up harming the children that are adopted. The institution of marriage has been sacred for thousands of years and these liberals want to undermine everything.

Why are we having this liberal infestation in the GOP???

My gay brother, who married his partner, died of AIDS 3 years ago. His lifestyle choice killed him.

Republicans do not need to support this nonsense.

Offer them this compromise: get the government out of the business of marriage licensing, so it is a civil matter, then they can go ahead and marry; however, repeal any federal laws that grant them special rights. If they say they want to be like everyone else, then they can prove it.
