“Who talks like this?”

Someone who has not had to think for 40 years being surrounded by “yes” sycophants.

In short, pretty much all Senators, with a few rare exceptions.

I never vote for Specter, but he wins anyway. People are morons...

There's a lot of that going around - in my case it's with Rockefeller and Byrd.

Just got done listening to Rick Santorum on the "Brian & The Judge Show" (Fox News Radio) and he would not endorse either Specter or Toomey.

I can't decide if this is because Santorum is gutless or because he thinks Specter is done. He (Santorum) did mention that Specter is running behind Toomey in the polling.

I can only wish Specter gets dumped and Toomey gets in just finally prove to the RNC that conservatives ARE electable.

If Santorum, Bush, & Cheney had not endorsed Specter in the primary and campaigned all over this state, Toomey would have won. Now Santorum wants to stay out of it. They should have all stayed out of our primary.

Scottish law MacSpecter is apparently too stupid or senile to realize that Chafee endorsed Obama and has admitted he preferred a DEM controlled Senate, even though it meant the loss of his own Senate seat. "We" would have gained nothing with Chafee's victory. His voting record was exactly the same as the RAT who replaced him.

Too bad the liberal media will never call MacSpecter to task and follow up with a "You believe the Senate Republicans would benefit from having a Obama supporter from Rhode Island who openly favors a Democrat Senate, sir?"
