it looks like the Acorn people didn't cause as much grief as they claimed they would. I think those rumors, and the DHS document about extremists were all leaked with the intent of scaring people away from the tea parties.

CAGOP Chair Ron Nehring got roasted pretty good today (sidenote: CAGOP vice-chair Tom DelBeccaro was in attendance). The recall of sell-out Assemblyman Anthony Adams was also promoted. Of course Arnold did not fare well either and Pete Wilson got slammed as well.
