I’d be inclined to distinguish between a necessary RINO, because the state is liberal, and a traitor RINO, who defies the party on key votes. I think Specter crossed that line.
So, maybe it’s not the business of the NRSC to attack an incumbent senator, but I don’t think they should be out there supporting him now, when it’s not even campaigning time, after he has defied the party on what may have been the most important vote in the past 50 years.
Exactly
You are joking , right??
Spectre IS the 60th vote.
Him and Collins and Snowe. 61 &62.
Do you remember Porkulus? When it counted - when we really needed him - he WAS the 60th vote...for the Democrats.
You and I are in total agreement on Specter.
He has crossed the line way too many times and he’s gonna pay the piper now.
Republicans who gritted their teeth/held their noses and voted for him in the 2004 primary - well, they’re not gonna be there for him next year.
Listen closely Sphincter, we don’t give a rat’s ass what YOU need, WE need you to STFU and get rid of (R) after your name.
8- “Wish I could be Pennsylvanian for a day to I could vote for his primary challenger.”
Got any ideas how we could do this?
